We offer free & discreet worldwide shipping. But due to import laws, we DO NOT SHIP to the following destinations: Islamic countries, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa, Mexico, or Brazil. Asian countries we only ship to Japan , Korea , Singapore and Malaysia. Due to import laws we do not ship dolls under 140cm to the United Kingdom or Norway.
Shipping & Delivery Time
For customized dolls, please allow 2-4 weeks for manufacturing and shipping from the date you place the order. This is an approximated time, exceptions may apply for silicone dolls and robot dolls. For in-stock dolls, please allow 5-10 days to deliver. Exceptions may apply.
Your package will be shipped by FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Once it’s shipped, we will send you the tracking number by email.
The doll will be packed in a plain carton box. There will be no information that indicates that it’s a doll. Be aware, that Customs Agents may open your doll box for inspection and to determine import taxes for customers outside the USA.
Check and Accept Your Package
You must inspect every item to check if there is any damage upon arrival of the package. It is recommended that you open each unit and examine, even if the cartons look fine from outside. Take some pictures or videos. This should be done in front of the delivery person because once the person leaves, it is too late.
No returns are accepted under any circumstances. All sales are final. Due to the nature of sex toys, returns are not allowed for any reason. You may cancel your order prior to work being started on your doll, and there is a 10% cancellation fee. Work commences upon payment clearing.

If you find any damage later, it becomes your sole responsibility to file a claim. In such a case, you must immediately get in touch with the trucking terminal for further instructions or call customer care of the company for assistance.
If the driver doesn’t let you open the package for inspection, then you must carefully inspect the carton and note any damage, no matter how tiny.
On the bill of lading, you can note that the driver wouldn’t let you open the package prior to signing or that the carton had a hole or damage on the side. You must put aside any damaged package for carrier inspector, and ask the delivery person for a local phone number you could get in touch with.
