If it is a product quality problem, we can repair or replace the product, or refund a part of the money to our customers. If it is caused by man-made damage, or damage caused by improper use, or damage caused in transit, we will no longer be liable .
Due to the damage of the doll caused by transportation, you can make a claim to the delivery company, but you must have evidence, so when signing for the goods, you should pay attention to whether the packaging of the doll is damaged, and check whether the outer packing box is deformed, and open the package to check whether the doll is broken or deformed, and take a photo or video as a claim evidence.
